Birth is a sacred moment—one that should be remembered with joy. But for many women, their birth story is marked by fear, loss of control, or even trauma. I know this reality deeply, and it’s why my heart is drawn so strongly to mothers who carry these stories.
It lingers...
Birth trauma isn’t “just in the past.” It lingers—showing up as anxiety during pregnancy, fear of the unknown, or a quiet ache that says, “I don’t want to feel that way again.”I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in birth. This is more than physical care—it’s soul care. Healing doesn’t erase the past, but it can restore confidence, renew hope, and bring redemption to the birth journey.
I'm called to walk with moms...
I’m called to walk with moms who have experienced difficult or traumatic births because I’ve seen the beauty that happens when women are given safe, compassionate, faith-rooted support. Watching a mom move from fear to freedom, from anxiety to joy, is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

If your past birth feels heavy, please know—you are not alone, and you are not broken. A new story can unfold. I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
