Hi, I’m Angela Jenks. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the honor of walking beside families through pregnancy, birth, and the tender transition into parenthood. I began by supporting friends and family. What started as showing up for people I love grew into the work I love: building trusting relationships and helping families feel more at home in their own choices.
I’m not here to tell you what your birth should look like. I’m here to get to know you—what matters to you, what brings you comfort, what you’re hoping for, and what you may be carrying into this experience. Together, we’ll make room for your questions and your instincts, so you can move through birth feeling informed, supported, and empowered to make the choices that are right for you.

To me, that means more than preparing for a particular kind of birth. It means knowing you have someone steady in your corner: someone who listens closely, helps you feel grounded, and reminds you that your voice belongs in the room. Someone who can offer practical support and reassurance in the moment—and stay close if things unfold differently than you imagined. If birth leaves you with questions, complicated feelings, or a story you’re still making sense of, you don’t have to carry that alone. I’ll meet you with care, without judgment or a timeline for how you should feel. We can talk, cry, celebrate, or simply make space for whatever is true for you.

Personalized Birth Preparation
We’ll get to know what matters most to you and prepare for birth in a way that reflects your values, preferences, and hopes.
Labor & Birth Support
I’ll stay by your side with continuous physical and emotional support, helping you feel grounded and heard through vaginal or cesarean birth.
Postpartum & Lactation Support
As you recover, feed your baby, and find your rhythm together, I’ll offer gentle guidance and practical help shaped around your family.
Education for Your Choices
I’ll share evidence-based information and trusted resources, then make space for you to decide what feels right for you. There are many different workshops through INSPIRE to guide you in every part of your parenting journey.
