Why I became a Body Ready Method Professional!

Why I became a Body Ready Method Professional!

As a mom of 4 (3 teens and one preteen) with a rapidly growing doula business, I did not need to add another activity to my spinning plates. Many would have made an excuse and stated that there was no time to take on this training that would take their full focus for 7 months!

But from the moment I watched the introduction video…I knew that I had to be a part of this life-changing training. And I am so glad that I held tight and did the hard work!

Seriously…LIFE CHANGING for my business and for my clients!

Body Ready Method is an evidence-based approach to prenatal preparation and birth support with BRM Pros all over the world from Minnesota to the Middle East to Australia! Thousands of pregnant people have used the prenatal online program based upon BRM in order to feel stronger, more resilient, and empowered throughout their pregnancies and births.

As a BRM Pro, I often support clients who want to optimize the balance, strength, and resiliency of their pregnant bodies. Many birthing people desire a professional certified doula by their side that can suggest positions and perform hands-on techniques to create balance during the process of birth. I refer to perinatal professionals (chiropractors, pelvic floor therapists, etc.) to help my clients reach their goals and feel empowered and educated as their bodies change when necessary. It is this support combined with an engaged and caring birth team that improves birth outcomes.

Why work with a BRM SM pro?

Body Ready Method professionals understand, deeply, how to support the pregnant body to find resilience, strength, and mobility. They are equipped to help you prepare for a more functional pregnancy and a more efficient birthing process. Moreover, these professionals are experts in pelvic mechanics and understand what to do during every stage of the birthing process to encourage progress and optimize balanced space in the pelvis and surrounding soft tissues.

Who should hire a BRM Pro?

  • An individual who is pregnant and desires to prepare their body for birth

  • Somebody who has had previously difficult birth experiences and desires to be more proactive and find more support for their next pregnancy and birth.

  • An individual who is pregnant and worried about their core, diastasis recti, pelvic floor function, or other body issues.

  • Anybody who is pregnant and looking for a more holistic way to remain strong, functional, and resilient through the entire journey.

  • Those who value function over fitness.
